Prof. Dr. Jennifer Hynes
Jennifer (Jenny) Hynes promovierte im Bereich Organisationspsychologie/ Verhalten vom Trinity College Dublin, wo sie ein Stipendium erhielt. In ihrer Doktorarbeit erforschte sie Arbeitssucht von einer transdisziplinaren Mehrebenenperspektive. Jenny hält außerdem einen Masters in Pädagogik, einen Masters in internationaler Wirtschaft, einen Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaftslehre und ein Cambridge Zertifikat für das Unterrichten von Englisch als Fremdsprache (CELTA).
Ihre Forschungsinteressen liegen im Bereich Wohlbefinden am Arbeitsplatz. Dies umfasst Motivation, Stress, Burnout, Arbeitsengagement und effektive Wege zur Föderung eines positiven psycholigischen Arbeitsklima. Sie hat an mehreren Konferenzen und Workshops zu diesen Themen Vorträge gehalten und Programme zum Wohlbefinden am Arbeitsplatz für Unternehmen entwickelt. Desweiteren, interessiert sich Jenny für eine Reihe von Themen in den Bereichen Arbeitsplatzpsychologie, Soziologie und Ökonomie.
Jenny gestaltet Ihren Unterricht mit Blick auf Spaß und Berufsfähigkeit. Vor ihrem Wechsel zur Berlin International University of Applied Sciences, war sie als Dozentin am Trinity College Dublin und am Marino Institute of Education tätig.
