We are delighted to highlight the accomplishments of our Master of Business Administration students in the Fall Semester of 2023 under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Hasan Koç, Head of the BA in Data Science & Business.
At Berlin International’s Faculty of Business Administration, we are dedicated to providing our students with a comprehensive education that emphasizes practical skills and knowledge grounded in robust theoretical foundations. Our MBA program prepares graduates for dynamic business environments by equipping students with essential insights, managerial knowledge and skills, as well as powerful tools. Through utilizing a range of teaching methods—including projects, lectures, seminars, workshops, and research—courses introduce students to innovative approaches to problem-solving.

Educational Attainment & Marital Status Among Women

The link between educational attainment and marital status among women has been a subject of much research interest in recent years. It is widely recognized that education is a key determinant of women's labor market outcomes and that marital status can also impact women's economic well-being. The purpose of this project work is to analyze the existing literature on the relationship between educational attainment and marital status among women both in developing and developed countries and to identify the key problem statements, goals, and research objectives in this area. To accomplish this, the student cleaned, visualized, and analyzed the data set “UNdata.”

AI-Based Recruitment

In this project, the student group observed a reverse job platform for companies that lack skilled professionals. The platform uses a hybrid recruitment approach combining AI and the expertise of cross-functional teams, providing organizations with pre-selected candidates who are a right fit for the open positions. After performing several interviews, the group modeled the AI-based hiring process using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) in ADONIS.

Business Process Management (BPM) Consulting: Finding Clients

Finding clients that need business process management (BPM) support requires careful preparation and a well-planned strategy. The student group followed several stages to obtain a company that was interested in implementing or improving its processes and willing to share the content for student project-work purposes. The group selected one process to model and detail using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) in ADONIS.
