Prof. Dr. Florian Artinger at the "Zukunftsforum Zenit"
On October 28, 2021 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., the "Zukunftsforum Zenit" event will take place on the topic of „Leading and Deciding in a complex work environment “.
Making decisions in today's working world is becoming increasingly difficult. Competitiveness, environmental issues, digitalization, global supply constraints and a shortage of skilled workers are just a small part of the complex everyday issues that managers have to face on a daily basis. Together with other experts and personalities from society, business and politics, the Future Forum Zenit offers expert insights as well as diverse exchange opportunities to find answers and create solutions for the future. The aim is to strengthen executives in their roles and to give them practical input.
Also participating will be Prof. Dr. Florian Artinger, Head of Program, BA in Digital Business & Management at Berlin International. In his keynote address, he will talk about the most important findings and tips from science on how to strengthen leaders and their roles, especially in decision-making.
Afterwards, Heidrun Haug will take over with a keynote from the practice, mainly telling about her experiences as a leader.
This will be followed by a panel discussion to reflect on the given inputs.
