BauNetz Interview with BI graduate
What is Furniture Consulting all about? What is important in the selection of furniture? And what is involved in planning sustainable interior design? The topic of sustainability is closely linked to product and material sourcing, and the question often arises: How can the sustainability of a product or material be evaluated and ensured nowadays?
Ina Nikolova and Lena Janßen from the Berlin architectural office Kinzo, which develops working landscapes of the future in Rudi-Dutschke Straße, faced these and other questions from BauNetz. Planning a customized interior design for today's office involves not only selecting the right products and materials, but also providing long-term customer advice before and intensive support after the project is completed.
Lena Janßen is our alumna of the BA Interior Architecture / Interior Design program and has been working for two years at the Berlin architecture firm Kinzo, where she is responsible for Furniture Consulting in addition to her planning activities.
Ina Nikolova has been working as a project manager at Kinzo for two years. After gaining some experience in building construction, she made a conscious decision to join a firm that specializes in interior design.
