A sporty graphic design show
Vibrant color schemes, modular graphics, world-famous pictograms, and a mascot called “Waldi”: Prof. Alexander Tibus and the Lecturers Anna Bernhard and Martin Hinze took the first-semester Graphic Design and Visual Communication students to the exhibition “Otl Aicher. Olympia 72” at the Bröhan Museum. In teams of two, they researched Aicher’s iconic design for the Summer Olympics. The exhibition visit connects the lecture “An Introduction to Semiotics” to the students’ ongoing design projects.
