About Berlin International
BI is a family. A cool one. One that doesn’t have a fear of exploring new things or remaining friendly. It is as international as it gets. It is a place for those of us who feel that their home spans over continents.
BI is unique thanks to its people, its location and its philosophy. We like to think differently and we adapt our programs quickly to changing environments, and we are also open to a lot of different views. We are about flexibility, modern facilities, a world-class location and, of course, an awesome international family that goes beyond having colleagues, professors or fellow students.
Oh, and here is one thing. Not very far away you can have world-class coffee at a barista cafe and as a BI student, you have also got yourself an exclusive discount.
About the MBA Program
Our MBA is project-based. It focuses strongly on entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, meaning that it is a path to discover entrepreneurial opportunities. We like to think of scalability and efficiency, meaning that students can merge their projects of classes such as digital marketing, and entrepreneurship to have a very powerful input for their thesis later on.
We carefully select our lecturers from the industry and last but not least, we take partnerships very seriously. We created a company challenge with local partners where students solve real-life problems and compete for awesome prices from our partners.
The MBA is permanently adapted to match the changes in the environment. Whether this is about integrating discussions let us say on cryptocurrencies into several classes, the changing Facebook Business Suite or, for digital marketing, narratives, economics, and so on.
We equip our students not only with tools but also foster a critical interdisciplinary look that leads to thinking outside the box. Our graduates have a very wide spectrum of possibilities ranging from management positions, startups and corporations to specific positions in their original area of expertise, at a high level of responsibility. This involves fields such as engineering, advertising, FMCGs, transportation, the IT sector, the public sector and much more.
Our partnerships are actually part of the curriculum. The company challenge of the first semester is a real company-based activity where students solve problems and get a reward for it. We also have further partnerships for entrepreneurship for those who already have a company, as we are part of the iAccelerate program, a global network of partners that seek to accelerate businesses.
