Holger Janke, Dipl.-Des.

Workshop Manager

Holger Janke was born in Hannover and completed a wood sculpting apprenticeship. He then studied Industrial Design at the Muthesius Kunsthochschule Kiel with a focus on furniture design. After three years as a product designer at Wilkhahn, he founded the Berlin- and Hamburg-based design office JANKE.COSTE together with designer Gil Coste. The office designs furniture for companies such as Cor, Interlübke, More, IP44, and Wagner Living. Their products have been awarded numerous prizes such as: IF – International Forum Design, Becker Design Preis, Red Dot Award, and Internationaler Designpreis Design Centrum Stuttgart.
