Denise Amann, M.A.

Graphic Design & Visual Communication

Denise is an art director, designer, and lecturer based in Berlin. She was born in Boston and grew up in Tokyo and Marburg. After her MA studies in Visual Communication at Merz Akademie, Hochschule für Gestaltung, in Stuttgart, Germany, and the University of Portsmouth, UK, she worked for and with international design teams– since 2012 independently with an emphasis on Brand Identity, Print, and Editorial Design. In addition to her own practice she is co-founder of OFFICINA, a collaborative design studio in which visual communication unfolds its potential across many disciplines.
