In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective from May 25, 2018, we inform you that your consent to transmit your email address is based on the provisions of the BDSG, Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. a, 7, as well as § 7, Paragraph 2 No. 3 or Paragraph 3 of the Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG). The use of mailing services like MailChimp, the use of Google Analytics for statistical purposes, and the processing of contact forms are based on our legitimate interests under Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. f of the BDSG.

Collection of access data
The website owner or provider collects data about access to this site and stores it in "server log files." For security reasons, after submitting your online application, we will send you an email to confirm your application. By registering your application, you agree to be contacted for further steps by email or, if necessary, by telephone.
Application information
We do not collect or process data on the following categories: race, ethnicity, religion or belief, disability, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity. We do not request any information that would conflict with the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
With whom do we share your personal data?
The information you share with us is treated as confidential and is only shared with individuals at Berlin International University of Applied Sciences who are directly involved in the application process.
Editing and deleting your application
You have the right to block, modify, or delete your application at any time. To do so, please contact our Data Protection Officer, Turgut Tülü. Please note that this does not apply if legal regulations prevent deletion or if retention is required for legal purposes.
Once the application process is concluded, your personal data will be deleted. However, if your application leads to a contract, your data may be stored and used for standard organizational and administrative processes, in compliance with applicable legal requirements. You also have the right to withdraw your application or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. If you enter data as part of your application but do not complete the process, your data will be deleted after the application deadline has passed. Your user account and any collected data will also be deleted.
Chat Board
Our website uses LiveChat software, Chat Board, provided by Eduhub Solutions (Kazlıçeşme, 245. Sk No:5, 34303 Zeytinburnu/İstanbul). The storage and processing of your personal data in this context is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
